Must be able to work independently in a timely manner, be resourceful, self-motivated and have strong organizational skills. Applicant should also have a solid work ethic, strong computer ability as well as excellent written and oral communication skills.
Essential Duties
Transmit information or documents to clients/vendors manually and/or electronically.
Answer/forward phone calls, provide information, take messages, schedule appointments with potential clients and meet with them.
Prepare correspondence, proposals and job reports with detail and accuracy.
Perform administrative support tasks, such as create/process/track RFI’s (request for info), CP’s (change proposal), CO’s (change orders), material submittals, and/or shop drawings and logs for the same
Maintain project folders/files and control records for office and field use (electronically and manually).
Track and assist with OSHA compliance as needed
Assist with office/field overflow as needed
